Eyes on King and Eyeview Optical Kitchener are giving away a combined total of 25 FREE pairs of eye glasses to students in need within the Waterloo Region.
To nominate a student, simply complete the online ballot below include 500 word response explaining their story and why they deserve the glasses.

I am the teacher in the Life Skills program at Jacob Hespeler S.S. I have a first year student, J.L, who would benefit greatly from replacing his rather old, bent-out-of-shape eyeglasses. His family is rather financially strapped and although we the staff have been offering gentle suggestions to have his vision checked and a new prescription filled out..not much has come to fruition as of yet.. Please accept this note nominating Jade as a most deserving candidate for a pair of glasses.
